Manager Talent & Development

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibility for Learning&Development Strategy (needs identification,
strategy building and implementation) with focus on Talent and Leadership
development.
• Development and implementation of effective and creative L&D tools for
Headquarters and Supply Chain.
• Development, implementation and maintenance of Performance Management
process covering Performance Appraisal and Management Development
parts.
• Development, implementation and monitoring of training programs within an
organization (both hard skills & soft skills) based on company needs.
• Efficient supplier management.
• Following development trends and their implementation into current
tools/programs.
• Supervise development and implementation of e-learning methodology and
ELM tool.
• Ensure completion of agreed trainings and monitor completion of all
developmental steps.
• Close cooperation with Group HR on developing common guidelines, sharing
best practices and participation in HR networks.
• Budget management and preparation; monitor spending and provide advice
regarding improvement of cost efficiency.
• Managing team of 3 experienced professionals

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree
• 5-7 years experience in HR and training & development area
• People management experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Driving licence “B” and MS Office
• Advanced English knowledge
