Food Technology Specialist


• Provide food technology knowledge and support towards new Albert brand food product in various categories, development activities together with suppliers and laboratories.
• Cooperation with our commerce department (Category Managers) – discuss actual positioning of Albert products on the market, definition of required qualitative characteristics, coordination of new product development process and final tuning of recipies and product specifications with suppliers including product testing and product benchmarking.


• University degree in food technology or related education (VŠCHT, Agri-science, Veterinarian-science)
• 2 - 5 years in food processing industry or in food retail business, in hygiene and quality management
• Food science knowledge
• MS Office - Excel
• Intermediate English knowledge
• Ability to work on and coordinate multiple projects
• Team player
• Driving licence “B” - practical skills in driving proved
